The tattoo chair should be adjustable to some extent. Adjustable features vary, and not everything needs to be able to move all around. The important adjustable features to look for would be allowing the table to move up and down, allowing the table to tilt up or down at an angle, and allowing for an adjustable head rest. This allows the artist to easily access the area of the body being worked up while simultaneously keeping the client comfortable.
